Anti-ragging committee is constituted by the College Authority headed by Convener, Dr. Senjuti De, Assistant Prof. Dept of Chemistry and among the other members on consensus Officer In Charge of Itahar Police Station is accommodated as ex-officio in the committee. To make the students aware of the fact- in the College campus flex & display board have been perpetually installed mentioning phone number for lodging any complain of any incident of ragging in the college campus. If any incident of ragging is brought to the notice of Convener or any other member of the Anti-rigging committee either in black and white or in any mode ,with utmost seriousness and priority the Convenor is empowered to start a prima facia investigation against the allegation to unveil the truth in collaboration with other members. The accused and the accuser both are called separately and later jointly before the Convener of the anti ragging committee & allowed to express their respective opinion and role in a free and fair atmosphere so that the root of allegation may be unearthed. A report is prepared by the members of Anti ragging committee deployed for the specific investigation and after verification & certification of the report by the Convener , the report is tabled to the Head of the Institution. On consideration of the gravity and seriousness & propriety of the report ,the Governing Body decides the next course of action.
