All the parties who have submitted quotation for Item Sl. No. 13. Uniform against Notice No. MSC/TENDER/01/15 dated 19/09/2015 are hereby informed to remain present in the chamber of the undersigned at 2:30 pm on 23-11-2015 along with the sample uniforms for the purpose of verification of quality of the products. Note that, the decision on the said item will only be taken after quality verification process; and the parties, remain absent will not be considered for supplying the said item.
